Terms of Service.

Last updated: June 7, 2026

These are the terms of service for tommybuilt.dev and the tools operated by TPS Worldwide LLC: War Room Agents, MonkNote, CleverBotly, and Ask Sage. By using the site, the public MonkNote demo, the CleverBotly assistant, or any of the tools, you agree to these terms.

Plain-English disclosure, not legal advice. This page is honest disclosure copy written by the operator. It is not a legal opinion. Before onboarding paying customers, TPS Worldwide LLC intends to have these terms reviewed by a licensed attorney. If you are evaluating one of these products for production use and need a stronger written commitment, email the contact address below.

What this site offers

tommybuilt.dev is a portfolio site for Tommy. It also hosts and points to the following products:

The set of tools changes as new ones ship. These terms describe the tools by category, name the current ones as examples, and cover future tools that work the same way.

AI tools on this site

Several tools on this site are automated AI tools. Currently these are the CleverBotly chat assistant, the Ask Sage demo, War Room Agents, and MonkNote's optional comment moderation. When you use them, your input is sent to a third-party AI provider (OpenAI or Anthropic) to generate output or run a check. You are interacting with software, not a person.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. These tools are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Their output is a starting point, not professional, legal, financial, or other advice. Verify any specific claim before acting on it, and do not enter sensitive information you would not want sent to an AI provider and, where a tool passes a lead to the operator, shared with the operator.

In specifics: War Room Agents produces a briefing from a URL or idea you submit; CleverBotly answers questions about the business it is configured for and may offer to pass your name and email to the operator so he can follow up, which is optional and up to you. The privacy policy describes exactly what each collects. Any AI tool we add later that works the same way is covered by these same terms.

About AI moderation on MonkNote

On MonkNote sites where AI moderation is enabled (including the public demo), each comment body is checked by OpenAI's Moderation API before becoming visible. The check is automated and aggressive by design: on the public demo we prefer false positives (declining a legitimate comment) over false negatives (publishing harmful content).

If your comment is declined, the widget will tell you and you can revise and resubmit. The declined comment is still recorded as rejected so a site moderator can review and overturn the decision. The moderation decision is not appealable in real time. The check is best-effort: if OpenAI is unreachable, or the safety check times out, the comment is allowed through on the assumption that other defenses (rate limits, Turnstile, profanity filter, ban lists) catch obvious abuse.

Site owners who embed MonkNote on their own properties choose whether to enable AI moderation and at what strictness. Comments visible on a third-party site moderated through MonkNote are governed by that site's own house rules in addition to these terms.

Live and in-development tools

Tools on this site are marked either live or in development. Live and demo tools (currently War Room Agents, MonkNote, CleverBotly, and the Ask Sage demo) are available to use and are covered by these terms and the privacy policy. The full Ask Sage product (accounts, signups, and payment) is still in development and not yet open: its landing and demo describe the intended product, and we do not collect payment, accept account creation, or onboard customers for it yet. As tools change status or new ones ship, these terms apply to them by the same rules, and material changes are announced on the relevant product page.

Your ownership of generated output

You retain ownership of the briefing packet War Room Agents produces for your business. You may use it for any lawful purpose. We make no claim to copy you generated through the tool. Comments you post through MonkNote on a third-party site remain governed by that site's content terms; MonkNote does not claim ownership of comment content.

Acceptable use

You must own or have permission to submit the URL you enter into War Room Agents, or it must be a publicly accessible page that you are analyzing for legitimate research or competitive purposes. You must not use any of these products to harass, defame, or commit any unlawful act. You must not attempt to overwhelm, abuse, or scrape any of these services.

On the public MonkNote demo, comments may be reviewed, edited, or removed by the operator at any time, for any reason. The demo exists to showcase the product, not as a public forum.

Email delivery

When you run War Room Agents you agree to receive a copy of your briefing packet by email at the address you provided, provided you check the consent box on the form. We do not add you to a marketing list. When you opt in to MonkNote comment notifications on a site that uses them, you agree to receive transactional notification emails about replies on threads you subscribed to; every such email includes a working unsubscribe link.

Limitation of liability

TPS Worldwide LLC is not liable for any business decisions you make based on War Room Agents output, for replies generated by the CleverBotly assistant, for any moderation decisions made by MonkNote (including false positives that decline a legitimate comment, and false negatives that allow through content you would have wished blocked), or for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the tools. The tools are starting points, not professional advice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site or any tool after an update constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
